  1.              STRATEGY AND THE LOTTERY

  3.      The strategies the lotto player can use to win
  4.   depend on many factors such as:
  5.  
  6.    1) Whether you intend to play the same numbers week
  7.       after week and let the lotto "hit" you - this is
  8.       known as "passive" playing.
  9.  
  10.    2) Whether you intend to change your numbers every week
  11.       or play only when the lottery grand prize reaches a 
  12.       certain dollar size - in other words, try to "hit"
  13.       the lotto - this is known as "active" playing.
  14.  
  15.    3) Other factors that come into play are the following:

  17.       A) How many dollars will be played either by a small
  18.          group of people or a large pool.
  19.  
  20.       B) Whether the play is for a high stakes games like
  21.          a multi-million dollar lotto or a few hundred
  22.          thousand type play 5 game.

  25.              ACTIVE / PASSIVE PLAYING

  27.      If #1 is chosen above ("passive" playing) then other
  28.    choices must be made, such as:

  30.        1) Do I choose to concentrate my numbers to a select
  31.      few using a "wheel" concept, or do I choose numbers all
  32.      over the spectrum that have some emotional or personal
  33.      meaning such as birth dates, ages, etc.

  35.          Note:  If you intend to use emotional/personal 
  36.      picking of numbers, please review my charts for the 
  37.      following, to get an idea of what combinations what
  38.      be difficult to "hit" on.
